Repair Service

We offer repairing services to make sure the lifecycle of a product is as long as possible.

If your jewellery needs repair, please send us an email first at info@nakujewellery.com. We will get back to you with instructions and delivery address.

Once you have received the instructions pack the item well and ship to us. Please note that one Finnish stamp can be used up to 50 grams. All letters and packages need to be stamped according to their weight. We recommend you to weigh the package / envelope before shipping it. In Finland you can also use Plus Sticker (1,50€) alongside the regular stamp to be able to see when your return has arrived to us. Naku Jewellery is not responsible for lost shipments.
